6 – Monthly and
Year-To-Date Totals, Summary Report
Do a click on the Search/Sort Column #1 command button
to
see the totals per description for the period.
Do a clic on the Save in Monthly Summary command button
to
save the totals for all types simultaneously. See pages 64, 65.

At the end of the month,
create a new period. To save the checking
account
beginning balance, click on the Chk. Actual
Balance/Beginning
command
button to retrieve the checking account actual balance.
Then do a click on the Save command button. See next page.
Create a new period at the end of the month. See Setup menu.
